Our impact

Make access visible.
Measure what matters.

Our work begins with helping people find harm reduction. We distinguish directory reach from direct service outcomes.

Current project / Harm Reduction Finder

A national starting point.

5,181Agencies listed
53States & territories
25Service types

Directory figures reported by Harm Reduction Finder, September 19, 2026. Listings describe access points, not people served or lives saved.

What these numbers tell us

They describe the breadth of the HRF directory at the time checked: listed agencies, geographic coverage, and service categories.

Listings can change as programs open, close, or update their services. For the latest information, visit HRF and confirm details with the provider.

What we do not claim

A directory listing is not a person served. These figures do not measure supplies distributed, overdose reversals, or lives saved by Waypoint.

We will not turn directory totals into clinical outcomes or imply that all listed organizations are Waypoint partners.

FUTURE REPORTING

Physical access is
the next chapter.

Our planned vending initiative will need its own reporting. Once launched, useful measures could include operating access points, supply distribution, naloxone kits accessed, and communities reached.

Clear status. Honest reporting.

Waypoint vending machines are not yet deployed. No machine deployment or supply-distribution results are presented here.
